Set Up Employment Hero

Upload CSV File

The first step is to upload your employees using a CSV file so you can configure your Teams, Locations and Employee Entities under General Settings on the left-hand menu.

Then you’ll be ready to download the CSV template from the Employment Hero system by clicking
Personnel > Import Employees > Export CSV:

Once you’ve downloaded the file, fill out your employees’ basic information (first name, last name and email) and upload the file back into the system. Read this article to learn how!
